I was once on a farm in Namibia in 2005 and never before or since have I seen the night sky and our Milky Way in such splendor and beauty. It was extremely impressive and overwhelming. It teaches you humility in the face of nature and life.

This is so beautiful I wish I had this night sky Oh man, How I wish for such a sight! Also it majes me wonder, qre there some other species looking at the same thing we are looking at but from a different angle and a different planet? I wish there is and sometimes we meet them IRL!

Superb time-lapses! Dark to the horizon! But what happened to the planes and satellites? There must be tons even in Namibia. But maybe 10 years ago there were far less.
